Yoga is vast, and while 200-hour trainings provide a strong foundation, they often leave us with formulas, cues, and rules without a deep understanding of the "why" behind them. YSK’s 300hr program goes beyond general instruction, offering the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the complexity of working with diverse bodies and conditions, and giving you the confidence to lead with precision, compassion, and expertise.

200hr grads from outside YSK will incorporate Core Curriculum modules for part of the program to ensure a solid foundation. By working in engaged mentorship with our Director and faculty, each 300hr trainee develops a personalized curriculum that fills in the gaps of your existing training, preparing you to address specific concerns and elevate your teaching to the next level. This program empowers you to move from general instruction to intelligent, individualized work, where you can confidently engage with students of all backgrounds and health conditions—whether in group settings or private sessions.

Through this rigorous program, you’ll learn how to interface with academics, medical professionals, and physical therapists, establishing a scope of practice that blends yoga therapy with the broader wellness and healthcare fields. Regular mentorship ensures you’re fully supported throughout your journey, whether you’re working locally or across the globe. This is a transformative path that will not only revolutionize your teaching, but allow you to carve out a unique point of view and create a thriving, deeply fulfilling yoga career.
